Choir
Beth Tikvah Synagogue Choir
Our Choir was formed in 1966 because of our members` love of music. From 1969-2002, it was under the professional leadership of Srul Irving Glick z`l, and from 2003-2009, was under the direction of Eyal Bitton.
Over the years, the Choir has enhanced services at Beth Tikvah through its singing on Shabbatot as well as Festivals and High Holidays. The Choir participated in the 1977 Zimriyah in Israel, has made numerous tapes and recordings, and continues to present concerts in Toronto. The choir has made several guest appearances in other congregations for a unique Beth Tikvah Musical Shabbat service.
The choir is always open to new members. Please contact the synagogue for information on joining the choir.
